Precision repaired my garage door. They were able to fit me in on the same day I called. I was so happy about this especially since my neighbor, who called a different company, said she had to wait almost a week for the other company to fix her door. I called Precision on a Saturday morning because I was having an issue with a garage door. The time window for a technician to arrive was a few hours long that afternoon. Throughout the day I received updates from the technician who was Greg Gray. He was extremely helpful in keeping me posted on his status for the day and expected arrival time so I could plan my day without wondering when he would arrive. That's not something all companies do. Greg assessed my garage door issue and walked me through what he saw and what needed to be done. Everything was done in a timely manner and I wouldn't hesitate to call precision again, and even ask for the same tech. Thanks for getting me out of a pinch this weekend!

I have to say that Brandon was the very best. He arrived on time, saw the problem within minutes, and explained what the problem was. He was able to fix the issue and was finished very quickly. I have a second garage door that doesn’t work, but that is not being used. He diagnosed that one also, told me what it would take to fix it, and never tried to upsell. I recommend Brandon wholeheartedly.
