First thank you for getting us scheduled for an appointment so quickly. I’m a very tough evaluator and handsome consumer. Our tech John was exceptional in every way from quickly accessing our issue, offering a range of options to resolve. We went with the more robust option after John went thru side-by-side benefits. John was very professional and didn’t pressure us to select the more expensive option but it made the most sense from a value perspective. His client service skills are at the highest level and would not hesitate to recommend him. Further I would request John personally if we have needs in the future. Greg from Precision Garage Door provided superb service. Arrived on time, and called to let me know when. Diagnosed the problem in minutes, and had just the right — and scarce — part to fix the stripped gear. Pointed out that the gear stripping was due to very slow travel on track, that strained the motor. Replaced wheels with stronger wheels with better bearings. Problem solved! Then he took the time to provide advice on maintenance and operation of the door and opener to prevent future problems. I will use Precision in the future, and ask for Greg!

Travis was up front and honest about the problems that actually were much bigger than originally thought. He fully repaired ALL the underlying issues that caused the original problem. The door actually operates better than when the house was built in 2015.
