Extremly pleased with Precision Garage Door. Couldn't have asked for a better experience. From our initial call to set an appointment for a sales representative to look at our doors, to internal customer service and communications of process, timeline, scheduling and install; everything they said about timeline and expectations was spot on! Our doors were 27 years old and had both doors, railing, coils relaced along with installing new motors. Andrew was our installer. He did a wonderful job installing the doors as well as explaining about the new insulation, care for the coils and railing and abour our new motors. Again, Precision Garage Doors says it in their name and well deserved ????????????

I cannot say enough about the technician, Richard, who came to service my garage door today. He came the same day I called and provided great service. He had everything he needed in the truck to get the job completed while he was here.
