Had a torsion spring snap on 16' door making it inoperable. I called Precision late pm, within minutes I had an appointment for the next day. Garrett, the technician showed up to our home, accessed the issue, came up with multiple quotes based on our needs. He then started process, took old springs off, put new HD ones on. He added in new end and center bearing assemblies, and also replaced all of the rollers with HD metal/nylon rollers with built in bearings. Less than 2 hours from start to finish. Great job, Garrett was very knowledgeable,, efficient service. I'm very happy. Would highly recommend Precision for future referrals.

Scotty was the technician assigned, he arrived on time, quickly diagnosed the problem and gave me the options of just a fixing the broken springs or a full tune up and allowed me to make the call without pushing the up sale to the full package. the work was completed quickly as he had all the needed parts on the truck.

Great overall service. The service tech’s was friendly and professional. The service was completed quickly and correctly. I did not have to wait for my service appointment. My replacement system was a little pricey in my opinion, but better than than the original system that came with the house that was built in 2005.
