Garage door would sometimes not close all the way. Code lights on head unit indicated sensor problem but I could not see sensor alignment trouble and wondered if problem was in the wiring. Precision technician came and moved the light sensors up a few inches away from ground level dirt and closer to a more stable position near the track bracket. Door working fine months later. Charged me nothing because they had replaced the head unit the prior year. Thank you Precision.

Tim McGraw showed up on time and was very professional. I stated my concerns and he walked around the garage door listening for the issues I explained. He stated he could do the work I was wanting but explained to me that the door I had would never be quiet. His integrity was above approach. The service industry needs more Tims. He could have told me anything he wanted and I wouldn’t know any better but he didn’t. Precision Door remains my go to for any garage door concerns. Thank you for sending Tim.

Called for service in the afternoon and they were here promptly the next morning. Service Tech Tim Mcrae was awesome. Very professional, did a great and thorough job. Explained everything he was doing and took the time to show me the parts that were bad and why they were bad. I am a do it yourselfer and didn't want to mess with door springs. Tim took some extra time and gave me a lot of tips on garage door maintenance and things to look for. Excellent experience.

Hi, I appreciate your expediated service when my garage door had urgent problems. The service man was knowledgeable. He had the right tools needed to fix the door. He was courteous. He was timely in getting the problem resolved. He showed me what wrong and what he needed to do to repair it. I have used Precision before in South Carolina that is why I called you here. I wanted to get the same quality service and a trustworthy service man(Tim). It was an expensive but necessary repair.

We have used Precision before and were very pleased with the outcome. Saturday was no different. Tim was to come after 4p. He got a job done ahead of time and offered to meet us at 10:30a. He was prompt in arriving, diagnosed the problem in seconds and had the repair done in thirty minutes..on a Saturday. Oh, and a very friendly lad to boot.
