Hi, I appreciate your expediated service when my garage door had urgent problems. The service man was knowledgeable. He had the right tools needed to fix the door. He was courteous. He was timely in getting the problem resolved. He showed me what wrong and what he needed to do to repair it. I have used Precision before in South Carolina that is why I called you here. I wanted to get the same quality service and a trustworthy service man(Tim). It was an expensive but necessary repair.

We had an issue with our garage door at 8 AM this morning. Made the phone call to precision garage doors and they had us back and working before lunchtime. I highly recommend this company to help with any garage door repair or installation needs. Tim was very helpful and great to work with.

We have used Precision before and were very pleased with the outcome. Saturday was no different. Tim was to come after 4p. He got a job done ahead of time and offered to meet us at 10:30a. He was prompt in arriving, diagnosed the problem in seconds and had the repair done in thirty minutes..on a Saturday. Oh, and a very friendly lad to boot. Tim McRea was easy going and task oriented, with excellent logical troubleshooting knowledge. He had the original problem fixed in ten minutes. The people at the company were polite, professional and answered my call promptly and send a staff member to my home the next day. The problem could not be fixed at the time - the garage door opener dates back to the 1990s - but I am scheduling a time for it. I did not use any advertising - it was a personal recommendation by a relative who had had good results from using Precision.

Great experience! Called Tue afternoon, Tim shows up at 8am the next morning to replace our 27-year-old, dried-out, brittle garage door bottom seal that was missing a 2-foot section that had cracked & broke off, leaving an opening for critters. The old seal didn't cooperate with the extraction, but Tim was able to promptly remove it, then installed a new retaining rail and bottom seal (new seal would not fit in the old retainer), all in less than an hour. We now have a completely sealed the garage door again. Yay, no more mice & snakes in the garage :-).

Tim did an excellent job with what he had to work with, we felt like he was honest, didn't try to sell us things we didn't need, and gave us a solution that will hopefully work for a while but did inform us what we will be up against eventually. Can't ask for anything better :)

Technician Tim McRae informed us that the motor needed to be replaced. He explained the cost and informed us of our options. We will decide in the coming days what we want to do. Otherwise, he was very polite and professional, and we would be happy to work with him in the future should we decide to replace the motor. He explained that the charge for today's service call would be applied against the cost of replacing the motor if we do it within 30 days.

Had used Precision just over a year ago to replace rollers , bearing plates, etc. on my garage door that was 15 years old. They were quick to reply to my call for service and technician Scotty explained options to me. At that time the motor was still working fine, but went out on me late yesterday afternoon. I called this morning and they gave me a time of 12-4 this afternoon. Tim McRae called earlier but I was at Physical Therapy and returned his call and he was here at 1:30 and explained that the motor needed replacing andwhat would be involved with getting a new one installed today and estimates.
