Very poor service I have never seen in my entire life. I only wanted the torsion shaft to be replaced. I had bought new one. The rollers, pulley cables and torsion springs were in good condition. The technician wanted to replace everything using his company parts. When I asked him the reason behind changing parts in good condition which didn’t need replacement, he said my parts have no warranty. When I asked him how much was the total cost? he told me 1,600 dollars. I declined, he charged me 101 dollars service fee and he left. I called All American and they sent me a technician. The technician was very professional. He told me my garage parts were in good condition they needed no replacement except the broken torsion shaft. He replaced that one with the one in bought. He told me the one I bought was the perfect size. He charged me 400 dollars for everything. He said Precision technician wanted to con/scam me

Garage door roller had jumped off the track. Service tech found the problem and pulled the roller back into the track. He also adjusted the track, lubricated multiple areas and inspected the opener chain and motor. Service tech was knowledgeable and very courteous.

I called Precision to schedule an appointment to replace our garage door opener and was informed that a service tech could be available later that afternoon! TJ arrived, discussed the situation, made a recommedation and before 5 PM that same afternoon our new operner was installed and operating as expected!!! We love the motion light switch on the wall mount opener as well as the light in the opener. TJ did a great job....took all the old parts and packing materials with him when he left....there was nothing to clean up.
