Very courteous and respectful technicians. They sent texts with their pictures and also called before coming. The office mistakenly told me the door spring was still under warranty when it was actually not; however, Precision door honored my expectation of free springs and even gave us an upgrade. I was very pleased!

Precision Garage Door is AMAZING. I called at 2:45 with a garage door opener that was not working and was given an appointment for later that same afternoon. By 5:20 I had a new door opener installed and a Garage door that opened smoother and quieter than I could have hoped for. The techs ,Lucas Fisher and Ashley,his partner were friendly,knowledgeable and very efficient. Everyone at Precision Garage Service was friendly and wanted to make sure my problem was corrected the same day. Ashley arrived within a few hours and we discussed that new garage door openers made sense since the existing ones were over 12 years old. The old opener started opening and closing on its own and acterd very erratic. Couldn't trust that if we were away. Ashley was very professional and explained everything that was going to be done. I knew the cost before he started. I'm glad that we could support a local Wake Forest business. Thanks again for your prompt help. Certainly will tell our friends.

Awful! When I called, I explained the type of garage door opener that I had and I knew exactly what was wrong. The technician came out and explained that they cannot work on the type of garage door opener that I have. If they already knew that, why did they even come out and charge me $95?

Will not use this company as they want to sell you everything under the sun. Indoor has a broken spring and they refuse to fix just the spring. Try to sell me on $1,800-$3000 worth of work. No thanks. I’m a small business owner and know this is outrageous.
