Great service but extreamly expensive i would shop it out. 1200. For two hours work including parts.

We are sorry you felt the cost of the repair was too expensive. Our parts are heavy duty, high cycle parts and we stand behind them. Not all companies provide the same quality parts which is why the cost is cheaper with other companies. The quote you approved included upgraded parts and a 7 year warranty so its very likely you will not have an issue with this particular service for a long time. We appreciate your business and please don't hesitate to call if we can assist you with anything.

First I was shocked by the price of service. After researching general cost, the bill was 3x to 5x the suggested cost off of repair. Now understand that our garage door was original to the house, 20 years. The springs were worn out. Rollers shot and bearings screaming when the door went up and down. Our tech offered options to the repair ... replacing springs or working over the entire door. We opted for the second. It was worth the cost. The door now moves without effort and you can barely hear the door action move ... only the shifting of panels as the door goes up and down. Out tech also adjusted the motor and verified operation and safety. I would recommend precision based on Justin's service and will be using them in the future when needed.

Greg did the inspection and clearly explained us what was wrong with system and the cost for the repair but also he recommended some other changes we need to make to our system for safety. Yes, Precision Door was professional and courteous and did a great job. All repairs were completed quickly and efficiently. Greg is the employee every business should want. He is courteous, professional and a hard worker. He goes the extra mile to please the customer. I had Precision replace two garage doors. Neither door was seated correctly, but I thought they needed time to settle. Wrong, it got worse. I swore I would never use Precision again. However I paid a fortune (to me) for the doors and figured I would give them a chance to correct their work. I have used Precision several times in the past and wondered what had happen to the company. Greg showed up and I went over the issues on both doors. Then I left him to correct the problems. He spent a considerable amount of time reworking the initial installation. He actually fixed the issues! Greg’s performance was what I expected from Precision Door and with employees like Greg I would use Precision again, but would request Greg’s availability.
