Greg came to my house on a Saturday night and fixed my garage door before he left. Greg explained what he was going to do. From the professional service on the phone, to mask wearing Jay, installer, it was a painless and efficient experience. Jay spotted the reason why the spring broke and explained how to avoid it(better springs). He took the time to explain how to better maintain the system. Oh... they had a slot for me the same day. The technician was professional, courteous, efficient, and knowledgeable. My only issue was that he did not arrive wearing a mask, which I assume is company policy. If there had been more concern for the safety of the customer, this would have been a five-star review.

Our technicians know that they must wear their mask when they exit their truck to greet a customer but they do not have to drive around in their truck with their mask on, if they are riding alone. Extremely happy with the results of my new door and opener installation. Jaxon worked through multiple weather seal trim issues to ensure everything was perfect. The new opener is very quiet. I bought two Genie remotes from Genie's online site. They arrived very quickly and programming was very straightforward. Highly recommended if you need a new door and/or opener.
