My garage door wouldn’t open. I called the company Friday night, they arrived promptly 8 am Saturday morning .Richard McCann was absolutely wonderful. No pressure- analyzed my issue- gave me several options- and straight forward advise on how to proceed. He did quick efficient work and explained how to use all my new equipment thoroughly. Can’t say enough positive things about this young man, SO REFRESHING to have this kind of service. He is a True asset to this company!! I called early in the morning about spring and cables snapped and car stuck in garage. They were able to get a tech out, Scotty Johnson between 12-4pm, however Scotty cam at 10:30am, 30 min repair checked everything and made it perfect. What amazing service all the way from call representatives to tech Scotty. Great service, product, and team
