Quick response to my request for repair, Tim took less than an hour to be on-site. Once on site he assessed the problem and provided four solutions. Selection made he stated a repair time of an hour. Time of repair was around 45 minutes. All items needed for the repair were on the truck. Total time from arrival to departure was 1.25 hours. Very satisfied.

I recently purchased a home, and realized the garage door was not opening. I reached out to Precision Door, and was offered a same day appt, (which I was not able to take), they were able schedule me out a few days which fit my schedule, and the tech Andy was phenomenal. He was knowledgeable, immediately knew why the issue was, had the parts readily available on his truck for repair, and was able to explain everything to me, so that I understood what needed to happen and why it should not remain in that condition.
