I had called another company earlier when my garage door would not open. They said they would have to call back to set up an appt. I then called Precision and an appt was set up, a serviceman ( Greg) was at my house within an hour, my garage door opener was fixed in 45 minutes. The serviceman was professional and knowledgeable . Cannot commend Macon and Brian for the quality of work and how friendly and respectful of us and our property. If all your employees are like them, videos to you and Precision. Only concern is we have an issue with the new garage door opener. Assuming just an adjustment, but the booklet we have does not cover the issue. Install team arrived (Luke) and explained all that would be completed before beginning work. The other installer (I didn't get his name, but we talked about him being from Hawaii) and Luke worked together like a well oiled machine. They had my old door and metal tracks, etc... removed in about 20 minutes from the time they started. Less than 2 hours later, they were completely through installing the new door and were cleaning up. Both installers were highly efficient, very attentive to detail and extremely polite. Based on what I saw yesterday, I would highly recommend Precision Door based on the work ethic, attention to detail and knowledge these two installers displayed during my installation.

However, as soon as Presicsion became aware of it, they resonded immediately and resolved the issue. 100% satisfied with the total experience, from sales to competion. Very professional.

Our garage door opener broke (aluminum tore at the end of the track) and was immobilized. We called after hours on Monday night and explained the situation and that we wanted to repair and if necessary, replace everything worn out (all but the door itself) due to the age. Brandon came out Tuesday morning and performed an assessment and provided all options, from minimal repair to make it operational, to replacing all worn components - except the door itself. We wanted to have another 9 years of problem free usage, so we opted for replacing all worn parts including the opener. With the supply chain problems everywhere, I'd figured we'd be waiting a week at least to get all the parts needed, but I was ecstatic to hear Brandon say he made sure he loaded the truck up in the morning and already had all the new parts needed already in the truck! He worked quickly and efficiently installing the parts including a new opener, springs, and a more solid track for our heavy 20 foot door. He made sure we programmed the outside keypad and made sure we were happy with all the work he'd done. Brandon was very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful throughout the whole visit including, explaining the new opener features and functionality. We would definitely call Brandon and Precision again if we ever have any garage door issues! Thanks Brandon!
