The technician Ricky called when he was on his way and gave us an ETA. He did a great job and explained everything. I came home on Labor Day from a weekend at the beach. And after have an amazing weekend, I came home to a broken spring on My garage door. I was unable to open the door. I called Precision Door, thinking they would not be open on Labor Day to my surprise they said that they could have a technician come out immediately. I told him they didn’t have to do it today. They could do it the next day if they want it didn’t matter to me and the technician came out on Tuesday morning. Great prompt service! They were able to fix the problem. I would highly recommend this company. Chris was an army Vetran clean cut super nice. Didn’t try to up sale me on anything. Chris showed me the problems with my door and he fixed the problem. All is good.

Scotty was amazing. He addressed the issue in a minute, checked the doors for the excellent work he had done 2 years ago and pronounced all as well. If I could have not given a star I would have as Precision gave me a quote which was doubled compared to other garage door companies. One would think as a returning customer you would be fair and not try to rip me off, but that shows what type of company you are. I will n ever call on you again!

Went on line at 3:30. Requested help. Online showed help between 4pm and 6pm. Scheduled. Ten minutes later I get a text from Tim. Will be there by 4;15. Broken spring, gave me prices. Gave him ok and he was done in about 45 minutes. Tim was friendly, didn’t waste any time and did an excellent job. We even made it too our granddaughters volleyball game. Second time I used Precision and got excellent results.

He thereafter proceeded to instruct us on scheduled lubrication, set up our handheld remotes, wall data pad, MyQ iPhone app and car remotes. He was extremely helpful and answered all our questions. We are 100% satisfied with his work and our new garage door.

After another company's technician showed up two hours before my scheduled appointment and refused to come back during the actual time frame, I immediately reached out to Precision Garage Door. They had a technician at my house within a couple of hours, within the time frame the other company should have shown up, mind you. Richard arrived and was polite and very professional. He explained in depth what the issue was with my garage door and what my options were. They were prompt to respond however the quote we got was fairly ridiculous. I was told the door would have to be replaced and got a quote of $4300. To repair it would cost me $3500 and the repair included replacement of pretty much every parts and that turned out I did not have to do that, what a rip off. I reached out to a different garage door servicing company and they did it at a fraction of a cost and they were able to use most of the parts, only the vertical runner needed to be replaced along will rollers. I know who not do business with in future and it is Precision Garage Door. Moral of the story = shop around. The other garage door servicing company came the same day in the evening and got it done in 2 hours, TWO HOURS! I am not an expert in the field of garage door, but comparing the company I hired vs Precision Garage door, I almost got ripped off by Precision Garage.

Shop around! A spring on my garage door broke and I had to have it replaced quickly. They came that day and the work seems to be of good quality, but since the repair, I have called around and they seem to be priced significantly higher than all competitors.
