I could not believe that I got someone out SAME DAY and they were competent and friendly and fixed the issue on the SAME day! I called another place first and was told 4 days after digging thru their phone tree for over 5 minutes. Andy and another man showed up in no time and did a great job. Kudos to your staff and for the efficiency all around!

I had my garage door replaced by Precision in 2011 and had it serviced recently to make sure all was still in working order. Running strong! My tech, Ryan Joyce, was informative and answered all my questions. After 13 years, still happy with the initial install and prompt servicing. Greg is the BEST!! Our home is a new build and our garage doors are probably the cheapest that the builders could find!! It doesn't matter because we know that Precision (and Greg) will come to the rescue ANY TIME we need them!!!
