This company always provides EXCELLENT customer service, from setting a same day appointment to the highly skilled technicians that are on the team. Today, my garage door would not work. I was able to schedule a same day appointment. Andy, the technician, reached out to me to let me know that he was on the way. Andy was extremely friendly, professional, and put me at ease by explaining every detail of the work that was needed to get my door working again. Quick response to my request for repair, Tim took less than an hour to be on-site. Once on site he assessed the problem and provided four solutions. Selection made he stated a repair time of an hour. Time of repair was around 45 minutes. All items needed for the repair were on the truck. Total time from arrival to departure was 1.25 hours. Very satisfied.

I would not recommend using this company. I found their pricing to be exorbitant to other competitors for a spring change. Additionally the tech left a mess in my garage and chipped in to the drywall. He made no effort to clean up or repair the damage to the wall. For paying well over a thousand dollars, I would have expected better service. They were able to come out in less than 24 hours to repair our garage. If you are looking for immediate service, they can be helpful but be prepared to pay a premium
