The torsion spring on my garage door broke, trapping my wife's car. Called Precision late in the afternoon and they came out in less than 24 hours. Lucas did a great job explaining what needed to be done and he made the repairs quickly to get our garage door working flawlessly. Aaron provided quick and quality service. My garage door has had no issues for 17 years which is astonishing but it stopped working a few days ago. Aaron explained what needed to be done and explained why. It needed rollers, springs, safety cables and pulley cables. He is very professional and finished in a timely manner.

What an awesome experience! From the consultation all the way through the installation this was error free and very customer friendly. My installer Cameron was fantastic. He explained everything and installed an entire new system from scratch. He was much better than the original install. Looked way for clean and precise!

Richard McCann is “The man!!!” He showed up to my residence in a very timely manner. He assessed the problem and explained all of the details to me in plain layman’s terms. His knowledge and experience was obvious. After he finished the repair, I expressed interest in upgrading the garage mechanics. Richard showed me multiple options and even forwarded the same to my email, to allow me to explain everything to my wife. Richard was highly professional and courteous. Maintaining our garage doors through Precision has been a positive experience. Precision installed the garage door system with the previous owners, and it has been a great continuing relationship. Our model is one that they are phasing out as replacement parts are too expensive and difficult to obtain. All considered, they work hard to maintain our system so we don't have to do a full update.
