Very courteous and respectful technicians. They sent texts with their pictures and also called before coming. The office mistakenly told me the door spring was still under warranty when it was actually not; however, Precision door honored my expectation of free springs and even gave us an upgrade. I called Precision to schedule an appointment to replace our garage door opener and was informed that a service tech could be available later that afternoon! TJ arrived, discussed the situation, made a recommedation and before 5 PM that same afternoon our new operner was installed and operating as expected!!! We love the motion light switch on the wall mount opener as well as the light in the opener. TJ did a great job....took all the old parts and packing materials with him when he left....there was nothing to clean up.

I was happy for the quick response to my call. Technician Ricky Sanchez did an amazing job installing our new opener and replacing worn parts in the door system. Ricky has a complete knowledge of each and every part of the entire door system, identifying items needing replacement and a great ability to explain everything about the work and material to me prior to beginning. Ricky was also very efficient performing the entire installation in 2 hours. The quality of his workmanship and knowledge are outstanding.

Rep was very thorough and professional by providing complete information about opinions, prices and recommendations. Excellent presentation Precision has an excellent website. However, we did not select Precision due to substantial difference in cost of project.

I worked with Lucas earlier this year when he installed two new garage door openers. He did a great job then. He recommended, at that time, that I should replace the garage doors too. I was hesitant to do that then. But one door has been acting up lately (32 years old) and I decided that it was time to replace them At my request, Lucas came back to give me a quote to replace both doors (one larger than the other). Based upon his recommendation, I placed the order today for, what I believe is, a fair price. For the interim, Lucas made some minor repairs to one existing door to help avoid additional problems until the new doors are installed.
