For Evan to only put a long tube type of thing above the garage door, and was here maybe 1 hrs. I felt like I was over charged . Yes the problem was solved for 641.00. I wasn't to happy . I felt like he got over on me. Thanks

The tech did a fine job for our door, the only thing out of line is the price of the springs. Over $400 for two springs is over priced compared to the market on line or from the box stores. The only problem I have is there is a sharp squeal when raising or lowering the door which I would like fixed. Other wise, no complaints. Great fast service in basically an emergency situation. Thank Garrett for me, He's a keeper.

Called to make an appt because the garage door stopped working after 22 yrs. Scotty, the tech, arrived on time and immediately went to work accessing the situation. In the end I opted to replace both springs, a bearing, and the opener itself. Scotty went above and beyond in making sure everything was set up correctly and even helped me set up an opener on my phone. Highly recommend Precision Garage Door

Precision and, in particular, Greg Gray did a great job with replacing my old garage door opener and, ultimately, the rail for the opener. Greg examined my garage door opener and agreed that the capacitor was shot. Due to the age, he recommended that I just replace the whole motor instead of trying to find and replace the capacitor. Since I already knew the problem, he did not charge me for the visit. I tried and failed to replace the capacitor myself. Greg cheerfully came back out with the new motor and replaced the old one. When it wouldn't reliably close (it would "bounce"), he came back out and replaced the rail--no charge. I could not be more pleased with the professional and friendly service provided.

We had our garage door "tuned up" after our previous service approximately 1 year ago. We liked our Technician (Richard McCann) from our previous service that we asked to have him service our door again. He was on time, courteous, friendly and obviously knowledgeable about his work. We would definitely use Precision Door again.

I contacted Precision to repair a broken belt drive. The reservation was easy to make on line. There was a 2 hour time window. John Patton called early in that window giving a time of arrival. He was courteous and knowledgeable. He gave me options to replace the belt and rail or the motor and spring as well. I opted for the straight repair. He carried out the repair efficiently and it works well. He also went a step beyond and lubricated all the hinges on our 2 other garage doors. I would definitely use Precision and John again.

Greg assessed what was happening with our door and went through each item to make sure we understood and gave us a few options for fixing our garage door.
