I reached out to Precision Garage Door about adjusting our heavy, decades-old garage door. The technician showed up on time and examined the door. He pointed out that the cable was fraying on one side and explained the repairs that would be required. In addition, he said that our door was nearing the end of its useful lifespan. He presented my options and carefully explained them all. I chose to purchase a new door. With this decision too, he explained the options and listened to what was important to me. The delivery of our new door was expected in 4 weeks and it also showed up on time. The technicians removed the old door, loaded it on their trucks, and installed the new door, all in a couple of hours. I was very happy with the service from Precision Garage Door Service.

Extremely satisfied with Precision Garage Door. Had an issue once before and they were the only company that fixed the previous issue without quoting some massive overhaul. So they’re honest. Scotty did an excellent job repairing my garage door. It used to be so loud that when you closed the door you could hear it down the street and now it’s working better than ever and is very quiet.
