I was so pleased with Precision Garage Door's service. Andy set to work immediately, and within one hour, I had a new header unit to replace the one that kept malfunctioning. Andy discussed my various options, and I ended up with a garage door that no longer makes creaks and groans every time I press my remote. They're fast and do quality work!

Great work! Evan was efficient and knows all the details of the operation and installation of the garage door opener. He was able to diagnose and solve our problem and install a new system. Was truly impressed with the service I received from Precision Garage door Service. Called in the afternoon and had an appointment scheduled for the same afternoon. Technician actually arrived well ahead of schedule. Diagnosed the problem and presented the options to me. Service was exceptional & price I thought was reasonable. Technician setup the system and thoroughly explained everything. What was even more impressive is that the system displayed an error code - did not affect the operation. Instead of just saying don't worry about it and disappearing, when the technician worked with the manufacturer on the problem, following up with me daily on what was going on. Never felt out of the loop or abandoned. Problem is now solved.

Moved into a new house and garage doors openers were giving me issues from the start, after having multiple ppl “fix them” and still not working, i found precision garage door, online - i used their online booking tool and got an appt the following morning, Devon came and was super knowledgeable, gave me some good recommendations and got my openers working without having to replace them. I definitely will be using them to service my doors moving forward ! Also reasonably priced!
