My door wouldn’t open, a friend told me to call Precision, “they’ll fix it and treat you right.” I called at 8:15 in the morning, they said they would be there between 10 and 2. At 9:45 Brandon was there, found the problem. I’m an older guy who fixes a lot of stuff myself, so when he explained everything about the broken door, we decided to preemptively prevent the same thing from happening to my second door (which saved me $200 and probable inconvenience later). You will not find a better technician than Brandon nor a better company than Precision Overhead Garage Door Service!

Terrific service. Came out within a day to work on my garage door after I had a broken spring. Richard thoroughly inspected the door and opener, replaced the damaged parts and tuned the door for a smooth quiet open. Richard was extremely knowledgeable and gave me a lot of good information about door maintenance and things to look out for to keep my door in working order.

This was a great experience, the tech Richard was knowledgeable, personable and skilled. He assessed the situation and made recommendations about what would be the best course of action for repairing my door without trying to up sale me things I did not need. He was very informative when I inquired about replacing my motor with a different style. When we agreed on a course of action, he went to work and installed new springs and a new motor. He hauled away all the old parts, and trash and assisted my wife and I in programming all our vehicles and setting up the app on our phones. All in all this was a great experience and I will use Precision for all of my garage door needs.

The spring on our garage door broke on a Saturday morning. We called Precision and they placed us in the queue, with a 6-10 pm timeframe. Their technician, Travis, called us @2:00, and was able to make the service call earlier, which we very much appreciated. He was professional and explained the issue clearly, replacing the spring and addressing other issues as well. We were very satisfied and would hire him again without question.
