Precision door is awesome. I had a fairly new door repaired (again) with another national company company. From day one It never worked properly and repairs never lasted. Somthings they said could not be fixed. I am so glad I put in a brand new door with Precision. The salesman came to our house and showed us how various choices looked on our house. The new door then came quickly and the installation team did a terrific job. Looks great, runs smooth and quiet, and the features are off the charts cool! I will now be a customer for life!

Stellar team…. From Jason in the office who spent time with me reviewing my needs in order to determine which product would best be for me to Richard McCann who did the installs… I purchased 3 LiftMaster garage door openers one for my home, which had a single door and two for my sons home, which had two garage doors. Additionally my springs needed to be replaced, they broke on both sides and they replaced them also. Highly recommend this company!

Buyer beware!!! This company came out less than a year ago and managed to sell us a garage rebuild that we spent over $1200 on that was supposed to have a 7 year warranty. I called them today and they said they no longer service our area. How can you sell us an expensive product with a 7 year warranty and then say it’s void less than a year later due to “not serving the area anymore”
Please contact us and and ask to speak with a manger so we can look into this. We are unable to find your name in our system as its listed on this review, so an address or the name the account is under would be helpful. We definitely stand behind our work and any warranties we provide, so there must be a miscommunication at the scheduling department.
