Scotty Johnson came and checked out my garage door and said my springs needed replaced, gave me the charges. Once I agreed he replaced the springs, tuned everything up and even reset my wireless outer keypad for me. He was one time, called to say he was coming, knowledgeable and very nice. Excellent customer service!!! My garage door broke late on a Friday afternoon. I was able to schedule an appointment for Saturday. The technician showed up on time and was very knowledgeable and was able to fix and service my garage door. I was not able to be at home so had a friend there to meet the technician. The technician called me several times to keep me informed and to review what was being done as well as the cost. Will definitely be using Precision again!!!

I gave a 4 star rating because the first installer tried to come at the wrong time and we were not home. The second guy installer,Jaxon Fisher deserves a 5 star rating. I was very pleased with the job he did and the quality of the garage doors.
