We have a garage with a 2-car and a 1-car bay. Thus we have a double door and a single door. The technician, Scotty Johnson, was great. He really knows his stuff. He came in and removed the old openers and installed 2 new openers and associated hardware. Then he programmed everything with my providing passwords and such, i.e. my preferences. Thus I didn't need to figure all of this out and saved me a lot of time. So I was up and running in short order.

Tim came out to check my garage door shutting to hard. It needed springs and some other issues. He did a great job. I was impressed he had the springs and other materials on his truck . He did not have to come out another day because he did not have the equipment or materials. Would definitely call him back if needed . Represented the company well .
