Update: They reached out to my husband and understood our concern, and gave us some money back. We appreciate them understanding and trying to make it right. The garage door motor is working well, and we feel better about how much we paid for it. We felt deceived at the end of this experience. We were given a quote of 130 bucks to replace a belt before arrival. When the service man arrived, he convinced us based on his experience that it would be a 425 buck repair because a gear must have gone bad. So we bought a new system spending almost 1k when we had planned on spending less than 200. When we looked at the old system after he left, the gear he said needed replacement in the 425 buck quote was perfectly fine. We should have challenged him, but also he should have been more honest. The gear is made of metal and he said it would be plastic and worn down. While he was nice, we are left frustrated spending money we really didn’t have thinking the system has run it’s course.

Scotty and his associate tech did a great job in diagnosing and replacing my old garage door motor. Although I had an issue with scheduling a service call to program my key pad with a temporary code it was quickly resolved by Brian the technician. It took over six months to have the door delivered. The quality and construction is excellent. The installation team did a super job. There was one glitch.The wrong kind of window was installed in the door. The company has promised to replace them with the correct windows.

EXCELLENT service! It started when Scotty Johnson came to my home to show me samples, explained everything in detail & quote a price; to the warehouse making my changes expeditiously; to delivery date of 7/25 but door actually came in on 7/18; to door being installed the next day & tech (Lucas Fisher) arrived before quoted 4-hr window; to a beautiful installed garage door. Nothing but kudos to the entire staff/company!

I was having trouble. Asked them to come out. Belt was bad. Said he couldn’t replace just the belt had to do the entire track. $300 later. He said he would come get me after. I said no I will stay out here. After reading reviews I wonder if the track system really needed replacement or if belt could have been done. I will call around next time and get multiple quotes. Don’t trust what just happened
