My garage door stopped opening one day. I was able to schedule a repair appointment the very next day. Scott arrived on time, diagnosed the problem quickly, and laid out my options for repairs and upgrades if I wanted them. I opted for all of the upgrades, and I'm glad I did. Scott replaced the door opener and added the upgrades within two hours. Garage door operation is now butter smooth. You will pay handsomely, but I feel it is worth it for the quick response and expert installation.

The service call today was to perform routine maintenance and to make a minor adjustment to the closing position. I called to schedule an appointment and was told that a technician was available today! The technician sent a text message that he was enroute. I had requested the tuneup service that included replacing the door rollers but upon examination of the door and rollers the technician advised there was no need to replace the existing, high quality, rollers. The technician completed lubricating, an inspection, and adjusting the closing position. The service call was completed in less than an hour. All contacts with Precision personnel were pleasant and responsive.

Chris s, arrived on Sunday, I am aid the weekend fee. Chris fixed the problem, then showed a soon to be bigger problem. We , decided to fix the bigger issue at this time. We have been told that this door would need a major repair someday. The builder used the cheapest way to hang and install the garage door.

Tried to rip me off. Said my door needed to be replaced for $4100. Another place quoted only $2500 to replace the door. I called the guys who put the door in when the building was built. Replaced one damaged panel for $740. Lost my $100 for the service call. Shop around, everyone!

While in the middle of my work day at home, my garage door came off its rails and was hanging from the cables very precariously over my car. I called precision garage after finding them quickly on the internet. They were fantastic at getting some out that day within an hour and half of when I called. The tech who came out, Ricky Sanchez was fabulous, identifying the issues, giving me a quote and fixing it quickly and back to full working order. I highly recommend this company. They were fantastic from start to finish!
