Scotty and Richard did a super job, they came early and were professional in the initial quote, explaining two different types of repairs. After that, they made the repair quickly and when they left even though it was more expensive than I initially thought it would be I was very satisfied that I had a good job, that would last years beyond a less expensive service. The technician, Garrett, arrived on time and gave me an estimate of the work to be completed. He was to install an aluminum track and new door seal for my two garage doors. I was somewhat surprised at how quickly and efficiently he completed the work. Garrett was friendly and professional and I was very pleased with the quality of the work. This is the second time Precision Door has serviced my doors and I will definitely be calling them again in the future.

Fast and amazing service. I requested help online in the evening and someone was out the following first half of the day. The gentleman who arrived was very courteous and highly knowledgeable and did a phenomenal job. The garage door is in far better shape now than it has been in years, quieter, and in nicer condition.

I am very pleased with the telephone conversation I had with Milton, before determining that a service visit was needed. Greg Gray identified the problem with my door sensors that had given an error code indicating sensor obstruction. That was due to a sensor misalignment issue, which was corrected and sensors secured. In his 25 point inspection, Greg found that the spring needed tightening and the moving elements needed lubrication. The job was quickly performed & completed. I'm very pleased with the Precision Door Service

Precision garage door service provided me with a timely repair when our residential garage door spring failed. Scotty Johnson their technician called before he arrived, was well skilled and completed his task in a very timely manner. The only room for improvement is the final cost was more than the estimate. That was not Scotty’s fault, I suggest any future phone estimates should cover a range to help set expectations.
