My service technician today (3/14/2023) was Andy. Andy is very friendly, extremely knowledgeable, very professional, and very polite. I request Andy every time I do garage door work or maintenance. Our tech John was exceptional in every way from quickly accessing our issue, offering a range of options to resolve. We went with the more robust option after John went thru side-by-side benefits. John was very professional and didn’t pressure us to select the more expensive option but it made the most sense from a value perspective. His client service skills are at the highest level and would not hesitate to recommend him. Further I would request John personally if we have needs in the future. Travis was up front and honest about the problems that actually were much bigger than originally thought. He fully repaired ALL the underlying issues that caused the original problem. The door actually operates better than when the house was built in 2015.

I had called another company earlier when my garage door would not open. They said they would have to call back to set up an appt. I then called Precision and an appt was set up, a serviceman ( Greg) was at my house within an hour, my garage door opener was fixed in 45 minutes. The serviceman was professional and knowledgeable . I would recommend Precision and use them again.

Cannot commend Macon and Brian for the quality of work and how friendly and respectful of us and our property. If all your employees are like them, videos to you and Precision. Only concern is we have an issue with the new garage door opener. Assuming just an adjustment, but the booklet we have does not cover the issue.
