I am a repeat customer. I had such a positive experience the first time we needed help so when our detached garage had a failure I called. Within 45 minutes Garrett was here to assess the situation. He provided 3 service options with no pressure to select one over the other. I elected to go with the option that provided the highest benefit and warranty. Garrett was exceptional in every way from customer service to going over every cost line item. I appreciate the prompt scheduling response and active email text communications. John Patton was the technician assigned to our service. He was right on time, assessed our needs and explained options and recommendations. He was very courteous and knowledgeable. I am the type of person that wants to watch and try to understand what work is being performed. I contacted Precision Door when my garage door spring broke. After trying to DIY fix it, I called for quote to fix/replace. The phone was answered by a person and an appointment was made for the next day. Representative (John) showed up as promised, explained the failures related to the door and assembly (30 years old mind you), and all aspects of the estimate to replace the door and opener, and verified that the selected door was in stock. Door will be replaced within 2 days of quote. I called Precision as they have a good reputation, are responsive and insured.

Tim Yeager has that unusual combination of being both personable and professional. Nobody wakes up hoping that today is the day for a new garage door but having said that Tim took the sting out of it through his kindness and competence. The experience with the call center was also a good one. All in all I would highly recommend these fine folks!

None of my garage door codes would work. Called Precision Garage and Scotty arrived the same day and immediately diagnosed the problem. The garage motor printed circuit board was bad. Scotty installed a new motor head containing the circuit board and I was good to go. In addition he also made sure MyQ remote system worked. I recommend Precision.
