Extremly pleased with Precision Garage Door. Couldn't have asked for a better experience. From our initial call to set an appointment for a sales representative to look at our doors, to internal customer service and communications of process, timeline, scheduling and install; everything they said about timeline and expectations was spot on! Our doors were 27 years old and had both doors, railing, coils relaced along with installing new motors. Andrew was our installer. He did a wonderful job installing the doors as well as explaining about the new insulation, care for the coils and railing and abour our new motors. Again, Precision Garage Doors says it in their name and well deserved ????????????

He had everything he needed in the truck to get the job completed while he was here. He explained all of the options available for the repair and also explained some things that may need to be addressed in the future with the garage door itself. He was very courteous, professional and knowledgeable and I would highly recommend him and Precision Door for any garage door services you may need.

The technician took seconds to look at the garage door and made an immediate assessment that it could not be repaired but needed to be totally replaced. He also implied that the door should not be opened as it was totally unsafe, which pressured us to feel we needed to replace the door. However, we contacted a second company whose technician inspected the door for 15 minutes then gave us a complete breakdown of the problems and gave us an estimate for the repairs. He repaired the door in 70 minutes and the cost was 1/3 of what you quoted for replacement. We felt as though he was honored to serve us and did so professionally and financially. First appearances are very important. Thank you!

Jon arrived on time, was really friendly and helped me find the information that my garage door opener replacement was covered by a lifetime warranty from 10 years ago. He worked fast & left no trace, all components were replaced and he showed me how to use everything: keypad & button openers, remotes and even walked me through installing and configuring the MyQ phone app. I was assured that if anything goes wrong in the near term, I can call them and they will be right out to address.
