Needed new springs. Appreciated the very fast time to book. Technician came within a couple of hours of booking. Technician was here for 45 minutes and it cost almost $1000. He did offer me a couple of additional (recommended by them) services to potentially bring the cost to $2300. Very nice guy but extremely overpriced. They have a business to run, and I don’t begrudge them for seeking additional sales or charging a premium but I could have gotten this repair for 50% less. I valued the quick turnaround, so I paid for it!!! If you do research you will find the same services for significantly less.

I called on Saturday afternoon around 345pm about having someone come take a look my door that needed re-adjusting after I added insulation panels and they were able to get me scheduled same day. The tech, Aaron Bean, called about 15 minutes later to let me know he we was on his way and arrived about 45 minutes later. Aaron was very professional and personable and explained everything in an easy to understand way. He provided me three quotes for the repair and explained each one and why they differ. After agreeing on a quote, he got to work and was fast and efficient finishing within 30 minutes. After he was done, he again went over everything that was done and the reason behind it all. It was a great experience with Precision!

Great experience. Same day, friendly and efficient service. Price could have been lower. $520 for less than 2 hours of labor and only two new rollers in parts. I was comfortable paying considering they rushed right over and I didn't feel any pressure on their upsell options.

I schedule an appointment to have my garage door opener replaced online Sunday night. Got the appointment for the next day - Monday. Filled out what I was needing in a new opener. Evan Kopel the technician showed up on time and had all the necessary parts and tools to do the job. He was very professional and efficient, taking time to explain the operation of the new opener and wifi connection. Evan even programed our cars to operate the door. We are very pleased with the whole experience and the great job by Evan.

I've used Precision for all of my garage door and opener needs for many many years. In this particular event one of my garage door springs broke when operating and jammed closed leaving one of our cars locked in the garage. What I liked most is that I called about 1pm and they had the technician (Devon) out to our house within just two hours. What I liked second most is that there was a lot of damage to the mechanism and many parts damaged and that the technician had all the parts needed for the repair on his truck. What I liked next is the technician worked solid for about 3-4 hours and stayed and completed the repair by about 6pm, in spite of 100 degree temperatures and made sure everything was working 100%.
