Our technician, John Patton was very knowledgeable, and polite. He provided three options for our repair and performed the repairs we choose. The broken torsion spring was replaced with the two new spring s. The door was tuned up and new rollers installed. The door is very quiet and works perfect.

The installer did an excellent job of installing new door springs. He was very informative about what he had to do to install the new materials, and explained that the ones on the door were no longer sold......he was amazed that they were 26 years old with no problems.
