The technician was professional, courteous, efficient, and knowledgeable. My only issue was that he did not arrive wearing a mask, which I assume is company policy. If there had been more concern for the safety of the customer, this would have been a five-star review.

The safety of our customers and employees is very important to us and as a company, we are following the recommended guidelines that are in place for COVID. Our technicians know that they must wear their mask when they exit their truck to greet a customer but they do not have to drive around in their truck with their mask on, if they are riding alone. Wonderful experience. I called to make a service appointment about 3:15 today thinking it would be done in the next couple of days. They offered me a window of 4pm to 8pm TODAY. No sooner did I hang up with the office when the technician called to say he would be at my house by 4 pm. And he was early. He diagnosed my problem and explained to me in detail why I needed a new motor. 35 minutes later, I had a brand new garage door opener. I am very pleased with the service. The technician was so nice and patient with his explanations!

We are so excited about our new LiftMaster openers! We had a power surge that wiped out 2 of our 3 ancient openers and I have to say, of all the items we had to replace, these were the most painless. We went from creaky, clunkers (you didn’t have to announce your arrival at home when these things activated) to barely audible, smooth openers. Jay was very thorough and explained everything throughout the process. My husband even commented, “He seems to genuinely enjoy his job.” A blessing these days! My MIL used Precision last month for a big repair and I’m so glad we decided to go with her referral. A+++
