Called to ask for help after our garage door became extremely noisy when opening or closing. Ryan came the next day and resolved the issue in less than a half hour. Ryan then showed us how to and when should lubricate our door. Thanks. I cannot say how much we appreciated the service we received at what I would call a reasonable price. Can only say if have another issue with our garage door, definitely will call Precision again.

Really appreciate the top quality work of Precision Garage doors. They have an exceptional team (John - Sales, and Jaxon and Connor - installation). We replaced our garage doors and we found Precision to have a reasonable price, and a knowledgeable and friendly team that does exceptional work. I had a great experience with precision, garage door service, I set up An appointment online and they showed up the very next day. My garage door stopped halfway up and got stuck, and my car was locked in the garage. They came out and showed me exactly what was wrong and I asked other slew of other questions about the noise because my garage door sounded like a dying animal every time it went up and down, and they replaced the rollers with ones that had ball bearings, and the technician also offered other options for my second garage door, which had not been working for eight years. He performed most of the fixes right then and there and I was able to get my car out that afternoon. They came back the next day and installed two brand new motors and belt drives That are so quiet and wonderful. I am thrilled with their customer service, timeliness, precision, and attention to detail.

Called around 430pm and they got a tech out same day. I thought I’d get a quote then they’d come back. They had everything needed to fix my broken spring and refurb some other worn out bits so they fixed it while they were here. From the time I called to the time my door was fixed it was about 4 hours. I’ve never had anything fixed so fast in my life. Great job.

I had the tune up package done on my 18' Wayne Dolton garage door. New rollers were installed and the door was greased and balanced. Unfortunately the technician could not change my lower rubber door seal due to it being a Wayne Dolton door (strange). So I will be going directly to a Wayne Dolton technician for that. While the price at Precision is always the highest in the area, the work , service, quality is also one of the highest in the area.
