I have been using the services of Precision Garage Door for a number of years. This company always provides EXCELLENT customer service, from setting a same day appointment to the highly skilled technicians that are on the team. Today, my garage door would not work. I was able to schedule a same day appointment. Andy, the technician, reached out to me to let me know that he was on the way. Andy was extremely friendly, professional, and put me at ease by explaining every detail of the work that was needed to get my door working again. Precision Garage Door is fortunate to have Andy on the team! Top quality products were used and fair prices. I never felt "up-solded" in any way. Quick response to my request for repair, Tim took less than an hour to be on-site. Once on site he assessed the problem and provided four solutions. Selection made he stated a repair time of an hour. Time of repair was around 45 minutes. All items needed for the repair were on the truck. Total time from arrival to departure was 1.25 hours. Very satisfied.

Wow, called for a repair quote on Monday, John was there that afternoon. Got a call on Tuesday for install on Wednesday. Jonathan did an excellent job. 2 new garage doors and 1 new door opener installed. Wow. Can't say enough good about my entire experience. Thank you, highly recommend.

Precision was great. I called today for service and they had an opening today! Brandon came out was extremely helpful and fixed our issue promptly. His service was fantastic. Will definitely call precision and ask for Brandon when more service is needed. They were also extremely affordable and let you know costs prior to doing anything.
