This my second glowing review of Precision Doors. Last time it was for diagnosing my problem and freeing my car that was trapped in my garage. Today my new garage door and opener were installed. Jonathon Morales did a wonderful job doing the installation by himself. His helper called in sick. The new door is so quiet! I highly recommend Precision.

I was stressed, running late, and my garage door wouldn’t budge. Called last minute, hoping for help. Aaron Bean showed up in under 30 minutes. Kind. Respectful. Calm. He didn’t just fix the problem, he brought peace of mind. Walked me through three options without pressure. Worked quickly and quietly, and just like that, it was done. Grateful doesn’t begin to cover it. Service like this reminds you there are still good people out there.

Our garage door stopped working and Rich came over and was very knowledgeable and helpful. He helped us get my car out and came back a few days later to fix the problem. He was very professional and polite would highly recommend 10/10

The technician gave a a courtesy call to inform me of his arrival. Very punctual and polite introduction. I conveyed our problems with our garage doors to Aaron. He inspected them thoroughly and made recommendations that really helped my husband and I make a sound decision. Due to the age and much needed work on both doors we followed his advice. We received a quote and time schedule to complete our job. Very satisfied with technician and our ethical treatment as their customer.

I literally backed into my garage door and couldn’t get out and was in a panic because I have a very important Dr appt tomorrow morning. They were here within an hour and a half, was able to get out and secure my garage until I get receive a new door. Aaron, my tech was courteous, empathetic and was a pleasure to deal with. I recommend them to everyone. I found them in desperation by googling!

They did a terrific job, and particularly Scotty. He quickly diagnosed the root cause of my belt breaking, and replaced the rollers with a better quality roller, as well as the proper spring to relieve tension on the door. Extremely satisfied with the professional approach.

We have used Precision for twenty years. Our garage was doors have experienced only minor problems during this time but Precision has always responded quickly and made needed repairs efficiently and cost effectively. Our recent request was to address the doors not automatically reversing. Andy arrived the same day, identified the issue, and made the repair. He was polite, professional, and explained the service procedure throughly. We will not hesitate to call Precision if needed again.
