You know that sinking feeling—you pull into the driveway after a long day, hit the garage door opener, and… nothing. Just silence and disappointment. That was my Tuesday night. I first called the company listed on the opener unit, thinking, "They’ll know what to do!" Instead, I was told I needed to troubleshoot the issue myself, snap some pictures, and maybe—just maybe—they’d send someone out (eventually). Oh, and by the way, their vans don't carry all the parts. Not exactly the help I was hoping for. So I called Precision. Total game-changer. Not only did they say they could have someone out that same day between 4 and 8 PM, but the technician, Andy Maynard, actually arrived early—at 3 PM! He quickly diagnosed the problem, clearly explained my options (with zero pressure or pushy upsells), and had the new part installed in no time. By that evening, my garage door was back in action and my car was happily tucked into its cozy little parking spot like nothing ever happened. Friendly, fast, professional—and honestly, a relief after the earlier runaround. Huge thanks to Andy and the Precision team. Would absolutely call them again!

Made service appointment for the day following a holiday weekend for a “hung-up” garage door. My 2 hr. service window actually began ahead of schedule which was great. The assigned technician, Mr. Scotty Johnson, was very polite, knowledgeable and informative. Explained problem and fixed it in a relatively short amount of time. I initially chose Precision Overhead because they are available during the weekend and answered the phone on a holiday. Now that I have met them, I will continue to use them. These guys were great! They quickly and expertly analyzed the problems with our garage door. They set up the complete order on day one including priority fabrication of the required springs. Their install technician arrived on day two and completed the replacement of damaged or worn parts and performed detailed maintenance of the whole system. They also provided an explanation of the entire process as well as recommendations for maintaining the garage door through the future.

We had a great experience with Precision Garage Door. Richard Sanchez came out to service our garage door, and from start to finish, everything went smoothly. He was right on time, explained the issues and repair process clearly, and made sure we understood all our options. On top of that, he was clean, courteous, and respectful of our space—something we truly appreciate. The level of service was outstanding. We’ll definitely be calling Precision again soon to take care of our other garage door!

Our garage opener decided it had enough on a late Friday afternoon, of course. Called Precision and was given an appointment for the next morning. We were assigned John P. who proved to be thoroughly professional, knowledgeable, personable and efficient. He quickly addressed the problem and provided us with three options, had all the necessary equipment to complete the job on his truck and proceeded to replace every component sans the door within 2 hours. He also provided us with a clear and concise rundown of the operation of the system before leaving. We were thrilled to have the repair completed so smoothly. We cannot speak to the reasonableness of the cost since we did not solicit any other estimates. However, we were very pleased with our overall experience with this company and would highly recommend them.
