Our garage door buckled one afternoon. Precision Door came out that evening and got it closed and gave a quote for a new door. They were back two days later to install a new one. The customer service at each step of the process was simply outstanding. We live in an HOA community and the door needed to match all the others, they worked with me to ensure we got the right design. The quality of the work was great and the technicians always took the time to answer my questions completely. I would not hesitate to recommend them.

Precision was great. I called today for service and they had an opening today! Brandon came out was extremely helpful and fixed our issue promptly. His service was fantastic. Will definitely call precision and ask for Brandon when more service is needed. They were also extremely affordable and let you know costs prior to doing anything. I loved the quick response to my garage door issue .Justin the technician was at my house the same day I called . He quickly diagnosed my problem and fixed it . He even went out of his way to fix something else with my transmitter . In short this a good company with quality technicians.
