Everything was installed as quoted with no issues. All though the Garage door is very expensive, Everything turned out just the way I would want to. PS I don’t get why there is a section to tip when you put in your credit card, in I found that to be very offensive after spending $7800 I feel you do not need to tip a professional and you should reward them with an annual bonus internally with your company.

Thomas was fantastic! Replaced my broken spring, bearings, and rollers very quickly and explained everything as he went. He took the time to lubricate everything and track down, and solve, a random squeak. Before the spring broke, opening the garage door could wake up the whole house and you could forget about talking in the garage while the door was moving. Once Thomas finished, the only thing you could hear was the "whir" of the motor. I couldn't be happier with my experience with Thomas!

We called Monday morning for service as our garage door wasn’t opening and 1hr later Precision Door arrived, employee Scotty Johnson pointed out the door in fact worked great and showed us what we accidentally did wrong (pulled the chord disengaging the mechanism). He took us through what we needed to do, provided maintenance while he was here. This has been a great garage door for us for many years now, glad we used Precision Door
