After hearing a loud crashing sound I discovered my garage door spring had broken. I called Precision and they were able to respond in a couple of hours. Technician Brandon Mills showed me some latent problems with my garage door in addition to the spring. He was able to repair it in under an hour. Brandon was knowledgeable and professional. We have enjoyed our Precision-installed garage door since 2017. It continues to work as well as the day we bought it. Unfortunately, the key pad has not fared as well and succumbed to the corrosive effects of NC weather! Precision sent Timothy M. to our rescue the day after I called. He was efficient, friendly, and patient as he repaired the pad and inspected the door. Great service!
