Had to pay $95 to say ‘no thanks’ to the quote and had work performed by another local company for 60% of the Precision quote (which included much larger springs and both bearings).

I would highly recommend Precision for any garage service. I was able to schedule an appointment last minute (next day) online, which was great! The tech, Evan Kopel arrived on time. He was very knowledgeable and walked me through several options to replace my garage motor and rollers/hinges. We even discussed payment options without being pushy. He was so nice and easy to work with! I will definitely be a repeat customer! Thank you Evan for all your patience with me!

Had a great experience with Precision Garage Door. Gary was the technician and he knocked it out of the park. Replaced a key panel that had seen better days, fine-tuned my motor so it’s running smooth and quiet, and gave me a few pro tips I genuinely appreciated (not the upsell kind, actual helpful advice). Fast, respectful, and knew his stuff. Felt like someone I’d call again in a heartbeat. Highly recommend.

We replaced our existing garage door about 2 years ago, using Precision. We were very satisfied with the results then and have not add any trouble until just a few days ago. Precision made an appointment for early the very next day, Andy, the technician arrived prompted at the scheduled time, listened to my explanation of the problem, and quickly made some minor adjustments that fixed the problem. He patiently explained what he did and why it should fix the problem. He waited while I walked through several tests to confirm things were now working properly. I am a very satisfied and happy customer.

We had a new garage door installed by Precision a few years ago. I am very pleased to say that it functioned perfectly. We had an incident where someone backed into the door causing damage and I called Precision. An individual named Evan came out the same day I called. There is no question that Evan was experienced. He did an absolute EXCEPTIONAL job and I appreciated his professionalism and knowledge. Needless to say, I would recommend Precision Garage door to anyone who was in need of repair or a new garage door.

I chose Precision Garage Door Service because of their excellent reviews online! It was very easy to schedule an appt and describe the issues I was having. John Patton was my technician and he was very professional and knowledgeable! He was able to identify the problems and offered several solutions with pricing differences. Ended up needing new springs and also got new rollers. Discovered the motor was also burned out unfortunately for me. He explained everything in detail but let the final decision be mine which I respected. He was fast but very thorough! He was also patient with me when helping me download the “My Q” app and walked me through every step. Highly recommend him and this company! Top notch!!!!!

My garage door was broken and would not open. I schedule on-line at 10pm and the technician (Evan) arrived at 815am the next morning. The door was repaired and in 'new' operating condition by 1030am. Fantastic service! Thanks

I had a garage door emergency on a Saturday. I called Precision Garage Door Service around noon, and they had someone out at 2pm. Richard fixed my issue, and while he was there he helped me review other items that needed attention, without any up-sale pressure. He was extremely professional and knowledgeable and took great care of my garage door. I have since had them come back out and upgrade some springs and 2 rusty cables that would have snapped soon if Richard had not identified those issues for me. I will be using Precision Garage Door Service going forward. And no, I was not paid or asked to do this review. I am in Wake Forest NC.

When the spring broke, my first thought was to call Precision. The ads on TV were helpful. I called Saturday morning at 9:37 and got an appointment for 1:00-2:00 which was much appreciated. Arrived on time and completed quickly completed repairs. Evan was very professional, knowledgeable and helpful. He explained what needed to be done to replace the springs, pricing, etc., and then made the repairs.

Scotty was super knowledgeable and gave us some great advice about our garage door. He did not try to sell us anything we did not need, but rather told me a few things I could do myself to keep the garage door working for several more years. His goal was to help us, not to make the most money possible, and I greatly appreciated this. I will definitely call these folks for whatever other garage door needs I have.

Service for my garage door was done.. charged me 79.00 dollars for a 10.00-12.00 garage door opener ( a 60.00 dollar up charge). The technician was pleasant with trying to sell other services. The service charge is outrageous also, very expensive.

Richard Sanchez replaced our broken garage door with amazing efficiency. He was thorough and worked tirelessly to get our door back on track in a short period of time. Brian was professional, and thorough - he identified some additional issues with my door (cables) in his assessment, walked me through everything he found, what my options were, and completed the job efficiently.
