We had our garage door "tuned up" after our previous service approximately 1 year ago. We liked our Technician (Richard McCann) from our previous service that we asked to have him service our door again. He was on time, courteous, friendly and obviously knowledgeable about his work. I contacted Precision to repair a broken belt drive. The reservation was easy to make on line. There was a 2 hour time window. John Patton called early in that window giving a time of arrival. He was courteous and knowledgeable. He gave me options to replace the belt and rail or the motor and spring as well. I opted for the straight repair. He carried out the repair efficiently and it works well. He also went a step beyond and lubricated all the hinges on our 2 other garage doors. I would definitely use Precision and John again.
