He came to my home expeditiously prior to the scheduled time because he understood my concern for my safety, our home, and that I had a drastic emergency. My garage door was open with error messages for over eight hours without me knowing until my neighbor alerted me of their concern. Brandon Mills was so reassuring and helped to deescalate my fears such that I was able to, listen to all of his feedback and instructions as he fixed our garage issue. I don't know what I would have done if I did not have Brandon Mills as the technician who came to my house.
