I recently purchased a home, and realized the garage door was not opening. I reached out to Precision Door, and was offered a same day appt, (which I was not able to take), they were able schedule me out a few days which fit my schedule, and the tech Andy was phenomenal. He was knowledgeable, immediately knew why the issue was, had the parts readily available on his truck for repair, and was able to explain everything to me, so that I understood what needed to happen and why it should not remain in that condition.

I have been a Precision Door customer for 13 years. The service this time was faster than 13 years ago. I call Precision Door around 9:30am and Andy was onsite at 11:40. Replace garage door opener and was out by 1:15pm. Very professional and left the garage clean. Explained all of the features and operation of new door opener.I hope it will be 13 years before I need door service again but when I do I'll be calling Precision Door you can bet on that.

The young man that installed the garage door did an amazing install and very customer friendly. We have an issue with the door not closing on Sunday. We had to keep pressing the closer 3 different times to get it down. We are going to have this fixed, but I did like the installer. Thank you, Cynthia Meekins
