Mr. Mike, our technician, came out and was willing to answer and was open about the costs for all things that needed to be repaired. As well as what he thought should be repaired and why. The cost matched the quality of work and professional conduct of the technician on hand. As a note, the turn around time was perfect, I called up about 6PM the night previous and they had the door repaired before 1:30PM today. Overall I am satisfied.
