Scotty is the best. He came, diagnosed and repaired our garage door in a short period of time. We expected him to have to come back at a later date; however, he did the job the same day. What a relief for us to be able to close the garage door at night! Not only is he knowledgeable, but very nice to work with. He explained what he would do, then showed us what was done!

I had called another company earlier when my garage door would not open. They said they would have to call back to set up an appt. I then called Precision and an appt was set up, a serviceman ( Greg) was at my house within an hour, my garage door opener was fixed in 45 minutes. The serviceman was professional and knowledgeable . I would recommend Precision and use them again.

Cannot commend Macon and Brian for the quality of work and how friendly and respectful of us and our property. If all your employees are like them, videos to you and Precision. Only concern is we have an issue with the new garage door opener. Assuming just an adjustment, but the booklet we have does not cover the issue. Would appreciate a followup visit to resolve the opener light will not stay off. Turn it off and just keeps coming on. Thanks and hope to hear from someone soon. Regards, Bob & Christina Goodnight

I'm giving one star because it won't let me post with no stars. I wouldn't know how good their work is because they showed up ad told me they can't touch my garage door. I paid $75 dollars for that information. I called to dispute it and all they said was that I hold have told them what kind of garage door spring mechanism I had. I don't know anything about garage doors or I would have not wasted my time. They said they would have the manager call me but guess what? No one ever called. Oh and one more thing the mechanic that came out said that they get come out to like 10 calls like this a week. Stealing money if you ask me. I do not recommend!!

Scotty Johnson replaced the old garage door opener motor with a new more efficient model. He also updated the rails so that the door opens more smoothly and quietly. The new products came with guarantees that eliminated any concerns I had with the existing loud motor and rackety rails and drooping chain. Scotty completed all the work in the time frame he quoted. I am happy that I chose Precision Garage Door Services for this project. I recommend them for any garage door issue, big or small.

They got to my house within an hour on a Saturday. My garage door just decided to collapse in the middle of the day on the weekend but a guy was available and didn’t have to spend the night with my garage door wide open exposing all my valuables. The guy was professional and very respectful. It was pricey but that was expected from good service.

Install team arrived (Luke) and explained all that would be completed before beginning work. The other installer (I didn't get his name, but we talked about him being from Hawaii) and Luke worked together like a well oiled machine. They had my old door and metal tracks, etc... removed in about 20 minutes from the time they started. Less than 2 hours later, they were completely through installing the new door and were cleaning up. Both installers were highly efficient, very attentive to detail and extremely polite. Based on what I saw yesterday, I would highly recommend Precision Door based on the work ethic, attention to detail and knowledge these two installers displayed during my installation.

In response to a Genie rail failure, not only did Precision Door schedule me in asap, they also sent a stellar technician Trevor Mills. He showed up on-time, and was prepared to tackle whatever issues discovered. While servicing our garage door, he explained other preventive work that could be done right then.
