I have a garage broke and spoke to service person and he said tech will be at my house between 4 and 8 pm est today. When i did not hear back from their tech i called them back and they said ohh i am sorry they messed up the day. and no one can come unless its an emergency and they will charge me 150 for just tech to come out . It is there fault not mine and they should honor that but lady on service desk said sorry cant change the price. What a exceptional service I got. Will not call them again for any garage issue. Ee=ven I told he my garage door is damaged and cant close all i got was sorry. Thank you for such a disaster experience.
We are very sorry this happened and it definitely shouldn't have. The call center made the scheduling mistake but they should have reached out to a manger to discuss waiving the ER fee because of their error. If you still need assistance, please let us know and if you have any issues, please ask to speak with our service manager. Again, we are sorry for the inconvenience this caused you.

One of my garage door springs snapped the other night. My husband called Precision Garage the next morning and Greg came out. From start to finish, Greg did a great job! He arrived within the time window promised. He assessed the damage and gave me a thorough breakdown of what was needed for the fix, along with pricing options. Greg also explained all the parts. We usually get a few quotes before deciding on work for the house, but Greg made our decision easy. He had our door fixed within a couple of hours. Our garage door opener broke (aluminum tore at the end of the track) and was immobilized. We called after hours on Monday night and explained the situation and that we wanted to repair and if necessary, replace everything worn out (all but the door itself) due to the age. Brandon came out Tuesday morning and performed an assessment and provided all options, from minimal repair to make it operational, to replacing all worn components - except the door itself. We wanted to have another 9 years of problem free usage, so we opted for replacing all worn parts including the opener. With the supply chain problems everywhere, I'd figured we'd be waiting a week at least to get all the parts needed, but I was ecstatic to hear Brandon say he made sure he loaded the truck up in the morning and already had all the new parts needed already in the truck! He worked quickly and efficiently installing the parts including a new opener, springs, and a more solid track for our heavy 20 foot door. He made sure we programmed the outside keypad and made sure we were happy with all the work he'd done. Brandon was very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful throughout the whole visit including, explaining the new opener features and functionality. We would definitely call Brandon and Precision again if we ever have any garage door issues! Thanks Brandon!
