After having problems with my garage door opening the past year, I called around a lot of different places since my home warranty wouldn’t cover the broken spring and other parts. Precision provided a reasonable estimate over the phone and were able to come the next morning. I was very impressed with the knowledge and specific details provided by the tech, I was able to clearly understand the problem and how best to fix it. I ended up getting a new opener, spring system and rollers to replace my 18 year old system. Work was finished quickly and wow! What a difference! Nice and quiet with a smooth lift without the rumbling. They did a fantastic job and I would recommend to anyone needing a repair or new system!

Our door malfunctioned and so we had heard about Precision. We called them and within an hour and a half they were here. Scotty quickly and fully evaluated the door ....told us what we needed and fixed it right then. Scottie who came to us with 33 years of experience with garage doors and actually had helped design many features of the door that we have and that we now have. He was fantastic to work with. Knowledgeable. Friendly. Kind. I cannot say enough good things about him.He was awesome and offered to be available if we ever had any other problems which I do not anticipate because of the quality of the materials and the workmanship. We use Precision when we had a garage issue at our last house, and they did great. So when we had an issue with the opener at our newest house, we pulled out the old invoice and called again. Mike was able to come out same day, and even though we were one of his last stops, he committed to and finished a pretty big job, working into the evening to remedy our garage door issues with excellent attention.
