Aaron was great! He replaced the springs and cables on one of my garage doors. He was in and out of there in 30 minutes. Not sure if the price I paid was reasonable or not. I know it was expensive, as everything seems to be these days.

My service was exemplary. Called to ask if they could come a little early which was great. Tried fixing my 11 year old system but the motor was fried. Which I suspected. Gave me lots of options to choose from so I could match my budget and they went to work. My technician, Andy Maynard, was skilled quick and efficient. He had to get a few parts but another tech on his team drove them over so Andy could keep installing. When finished he careful explained everything to me, made sure I had the App set up and working, and I couldn’t be more pleased with my new Quite garage door openers, I definitely recommend you let them service and clean any old parts of your system you are reusing. Andy recommended it and it took away loud clicks and pops from my springs that had been there forever. Top notch team, great installer, and perfect product with one happy homeowner.

Richard McCann arrived within the appointment window, and after listening to the door open and close, he provided a thorough assessment of the condition of the door. He subsequently made suggestions to extend the life of the door, along with estimates of cost. Ultimately, he replaced the spring and completed a tuneup of the door. I've used Precision for all of my garage door and opener needs for many many years. In this particular event one of my garage door springs broke when operating and jammed closed leaving one of our cars locked in the garage. What I liked most is that I called about 1pm and they had the technician (Devon) out to our house within just two hours. What I liked second most is that there was a lot of damage to the mechanism and many parts damaged and that the technician had all the parts needed for the repair on his truck. What I liked next is the technician worked solid for about 3-4 hours and stayed and completed the repair by about 6pm, in spite of 100 degree temperatures and made sure everything was working 100%.
