I schedule an appointment to have my garage door opener replaced online Sunday night. Got the appointment for the next day - Monday. Filled out what I was needing in a new opener. Evan Kopel the technician showed up on time and had all the necessary parts and tools to do the job. He was very professional and efficient, taking time to explain the operation of the new opener and wifi connection. Evan even programed our cars to operate the door. We are very pleased with the whole experience and the great job by Evan.

Service was quick and good, I am little disappointed by the fees they charged. It was just misalignment of sensor which he fixed in less than 5 minutes and charged me $166 for that, I was asking upfront charges after telling my issue before calling them at my home and they did not tell me the exact price. I am not sure that's how this industry operate.

I called today to have my garage door repaired. The technician arrived within an hour of my call. Chris explained the issue after his diagnostic and I decided to replace my motor. The new motor was installed within a hour. Chris explained the operation of all the devices. I am very satisfied with my experience.

We returned home to find our garage door not working! We were locked out of our own home. After considerable effort, my wife got under the garage door and opened the front door. We called Precision the next day! Scotty Johnson called half an hour before arriving. He assessed our situation, explained what could be done, and prepared estimates for the work. Once we approved the estimate, Scotty began work and completed it in a timely manner! He explained what we needed to do to keep our Garage Door operating correctly! I wanted to get a 2nd opinion regarding my garage door on Nov 12, 2025 and called Precision Garage Door Service of Raleigh. They were able to send out a technician same day. The technician agreed with the 1st opinion (I need a new garage door) and explained issues with my current door. The technician provided me with quotes for 2 doors and a brochure with different options. He explained some of the different options and how these affect the price. So I have the estimates and I would feel very comfortable buying my new door from Precision.

Technician, Ricky Sanchez, did a really good job. The existing unit was about 20 years old (install by you all) so without parts available the only choice was to replace the entire unit... such is life sometimes. Slight difference in the unit installed compared to the existing one yet nothing to be upset or concerned about.

I couldn’t be more impressed with the service from Precision Garage Door of the Triangle. I reached out late on a Saturday—around 8 p.m. after a total failure of our garage door spring system—and was amazed to get a same-day response within minutes from their central office. Scheduling was fast and hassle-free, and they were able to send a technician first thing the very next morning. Aaron arrived right on time and communicated clearly before his arrival. He was extremely professional, friendly, and knowledgeable from start to finish. He took the time to explain exactly what had failed with our old Wayne Dalton TorqueMaster spring system and walked us through all the repair options in a clear, honest way. He replaced the failed spring system with two new high-quality external springs rated for greater durability and reliability. The entire job was completed in about an hour. Our garage door now works perfectly. If you need garage door service, I highly recommend Aaron and Precision Garage Door of the Triangle. Exceptional service, expert workmanship, and top-notch professionalism.
