I called Precision because they installed my garage door. I called at 11:15 and Paul came and replaced springs and my door was working by 1:00 pm. So impressed with Precision and Paul in particular. Great service but extreamly expensive i would shop it out. 1200. For two hours work including parts.

We are sorry you felt the cost of the repair was too expensive. Our parts are heavy duty, high cycle parts and we stand behind them. Not all companies provide the same quality parts which is why the cost is cheaper with other companies. The quote you approved included upgraded parts and a 7 year warranty so its very likely you will not have an issue with this particular service for a long time. I called early in the morning about spring and cables snapped and car stuck in garage. They were able to get a tech out, Scotty Johnson between 12-4pm, however Scotty cam at 10:30am, 30 min repair checked everything and made it perfect.
