The entire process from booking the appointment to completion of the work could not have been easier. Using the web based app, I was able to make the appointment at my convenience without issue. From there, I was kept informed and reminded of my upcoming service call. The technician Chris, arrived on time and was courteous and professional. He performed his diagnostic check and prepared options for my review. He explained his recommendations and I never felt any pressure to choose one option vs. another. He was able to complete the service call and replace the worn parts. I could not have been more satisfied. I will recommend Precision Door to my neighbors.

He came right in, assessed the problems with our garage door, gave us an estimate of the repair cost and after agreeing, he went right to work and when testing the door, it has NEVER been so quiet!!!!! Over priced I should have ased for a quote ahead of time. I needed one torsion spring replaced. Tech quoted me $500 for one spring and recommended to have both replaced at the same time.. (i get it). I told him his prices were high. I called other garage repair companies and they quoted $250-$300 per spring. I settled on a competitor and had two springs replaced for a total of $600. Precision also has a philosophy of inspection (fishing to find anything wrong to replace above and beyond returning basic functionality. I didn't need my 30 year old garage door rebuilt to brand new. I just needed it to open and close. Although if thrthe spring replacement quote had been more reasonable then I would have entertained a quote on other work. but by then i had lost confidence.
