Andy Maynard and Alfredo were two great technicians. They were quick and efficient. No mess left and completed the job in about an hour. I would highly recommend these guys to fix or replace your garage door.

I was surprised that someone could come out to fix my broken door so quickly, and over the weekend! Richard was on time, called ahead to let me know he was on his way, and explained everything really well including the different options available to fix my system. He resolved my problem and cleaned up his job site before reviewing with me through the work he did. Couldn't ask for anything more. Really pleased with the whole experience start to finish.

Richard came out to my house on a Sunday afternoon and within 45mins he had replaced old/worn/rusted coils and springs and now my garage door works like it's brand new. John Patton was the technician assigned to our service. He was right on time, assessed our needs and explained options and recommendations. He was very courteous and knowledgeable. I am the type of person that wants to watch and try to understand what work is being performed. Not only was John okay with me being present He explained what he was doing and never slowed down from getting the job done. He was one of the "best" service technicians we have ever dealt with. He is most definitely an asset to the Precision Garage Door Company. I will absolutely recommend him and your company to anyone needing the services you provide. Would give him more than 5 stars if possible.

I was very satisfied with the service technician Richard M. He was dealing with a truck breakdown and called us to inform that he would be delayed in coming. Within 2 minutes he resolved the keypad issue by showing me how to replace the battery. Our existing remotes were very old and one of them did not work. He then provided us two new remotes and programmed them. He only charged us for the service call and not the new remotes.

I contacted Precision Door when my garage door spring broke. After trying to DIY fix it, I called for quote to fix/replace. The phone was answered by a person and an appointment was made for the next day. Representative (John) showed up as promised, explained the failures related to the door and assembly (30 years old mind you), and all aspects of the estimate to replace the door and opener, and verified that the selected door was in stock. Door will be replaced within 2 days of quote. I called Precision as they have a good reputation, are responsive and insured.

Alex helped me out with an issue with my garage door. He was super professional and very helpful! While he was at my house he suggested doing maintenance on the door, which I do every year, so he took care of that as well. I have been using Precision Door for years and quite frankly this is the only company I use. I highly recommend Precision Door as every experience I've had with them has always been great! Alex also suggested a surge protector for the garage door which I did purchase. Great suggestion and I really appreciated his expertise.

Ryan Joyce came to replace the 10 year old keypad that stopped working. He installed a new keypad and ensured that it was working normally. Ryan then serviced both of our garage doors and checked them both to verify that they functioned and operated normally. Andy and Alfredo were very friendly and knowledgeable. I was pleased by how quickly I was able to schedule service. My only complaint is that I was told on the phone that the $95 service call charge was included in the installation price that I was quoted, but it was not.

Called at 230p and service tech arrived at 5p on the same day. He knew exactly what the problem was and had it fixed in minutes. That kind of service is standard for these folks. A few years ago I called at 9a and by 5pm that same day they had installed two new garage door openers. Great products, great folks.
