Went on line at 3:30. Requested help. Online showed help between 4pm and 6pm. Scheduled. Ten minutes later I get a text from Tim. Will be there by 4;15. Broken spring, gave me prices. Gave him ok and he was done in about 45 minutes. Tim was friendly, didn’t waste any time and did an excellent job. We even made it too our granddaughters volleyball game. Second time I used Precision and got excellent results.

The technician, Austin, quickly diagnosed the problem we were having with our garage door and repaired it. The scheduling procedure was a little weird but effective. I think I was talking to an AI agent who sounded very real. Austin arrived when scheduled and called about 30min before arriving.

Of course on a Friday, late afternoon, my garage door malfunctioned and wouldn’t close. I called the business that installed the door, left a message, but they didn’t return my call. So I called Precision Garage Door. A person picked up on the first ring, took my information, and scheduled me for a 4-8pm service window. Their technician, Richard McCann, showed up within the hour and fixed my garage door in 15 minutes. He was awesome! He was very nice and very knowledgeable. I’ve already told my neighbor about Precision and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend you.
