Thank you; Precision was open for business on a Saturday fternoon when our garage door wouldn't open. Upon speaking with representative, they would send out service Sunday between 8-10 a.m.! Received text that Aaron would be arriving shortly, and did receive confirmation by phone from Aaron. He arrived by 8 a.m., and our garage door was repaired within 1 hour time! Thank you!

Most recently our garage door was damaged. Precision representatives arrived promply to remove the damaged door and to order a new replacement. I especially want to commend John Lefevre who constructed a temporary cover for the garage entrance to protect the garage until the new garage door arrives. Garage door would sometimes not close all the way. Code lights on head unit indicated sensor problem but I could not see sensor alignment trouble and wondered if problem was in the wiring. Precision technician came and moved the light sensors up a few inches away from ground level dirt and closer to a more stable position near the track bracket. Door working fine months later. Charged me nothing because they had replaced the head unit the prior year. Thank you Precision.
