Our garage opener decided it had enough on a late Friday afternoon, of course. Called Precision and was given an appointment for the next morning. We were assigned John P. who proved to be thoroughly professional, knowledgeable, personable and efficient. He quickly addressed the problem and provided us with three options, had all the necessary equipment to complete the job on his truck and proceeded to replace every component sans the door within 2 hours. He also provided us with a clear and concise rundown of the operation of the system before leaving. We were thrilled to have the repair completed so smoothly. We cannot speak to the reasonableness of the cost since we did not solicit any other estimates. However, we were very pleased with our overall experience with this company and would highly recommend them.

The company texted me a picture of Edward the service man before he arrived which he did well within the appointment times. Edward was friendly and knowledgeable and efficient. Our amazing technician, Aaron was so kind and considerate throughout the entire process, from his call to us to let us know his ETA to following up once he had left. He, and the rest of the team, turned our traumatic morning once we realized our entire motor had blown and bent our track with the door stuck open to 3 hours later having a state of the art opener…it was gold standard care. By comparison, our home warranty wouldn’t budge with an appointment to diagnose until 5 days from our call. I will always recommend the Precision team, and especially Aaron.

Our garage door spring broke last evening. It trapped our car inside as we could not open/lift the door. Also I had a doctor appt I needed to get to this afternoon. The company listed on the door not only had no means to schedule an appt online, but also only had voicemail. Precision has online scheduling, and we were able to immediately schedule an appt for the NEXT MORNING between 8-10 a.m., let them know we were trapped, AND we were also able to talk to a REAL person to confirm everything, THAT SAME NIGHT. At 8:20 the next morning Aaron Bean showed up, pleasant, efficient, and REALLY knew his stuff. He assessed everything, gave us three options for the problem and within an hour and a half, did all the work. We chose the option to replace all the hardware and upgrade to better parts. He was FANTASTIC in explaining everything he used, everything he did, and how we could do things going forward. If there were a 10 star rating for Aaron and Precision, I would give it. Period. Can't say enough good things.

I had a really good experience with Precision. Our garage door gave out after about 20 years of use. They were very responsive and came out the next day. Andy Maynard was very easy to work with, knowledgable, professional, and also sensitive to our budget concerns. He diagnosed the problem and walked us through several options, including repair vs replacement, with a no-pressure approach. We decided to replace the door (insulated steel door) and will schedule service as soon as it arrives. He and a colleague were also able to lift the door as my wife and I could not open it, which allowed us to get our second car out. That was a big help! It has been very easy to work with Precision, and it’s been a very good experience so far!
