I am very pleased with the telephone conversation I had with Milton, before determining that a service visit was needed. Greg Gray identified the problem with my door sensors that had given an error code indicating sensor obstruction. That was due to a sensor misalignment issue, which was corrected and sensors secured. In his 25 point inspection, Greg found that the spring needed tightening and the moving elements needed lubrication. The job was quickly performed & completed. I'm very pleased with the Precision Door Service

Precision garage door service provided me with a timely repair when our residential garage door spring failed. Scotty Johnson their technician called before he arrived, was well skilled and completed his task in a very timely manner. The only room for improvement is the final cost was more than the estimate. That was not Scotty’s fault, I suggest any future phone estimates should cover a range to help set expectations.

Tim did an excellent job with what he had to work with, we felt like he was honest, didn't try to sell us things we didn't need, and gave us a solution that will hopefully work for a while but did inform us what we will be up against eventually. Can't ask for anything better :)

Evan did a great job on repairing our garage door yesterday, and he made good recommendations on what I might have him do to create a quieter closing door. He gave me an estimate on how long the job might take, and he was accurate to the minute! I’m very pleased that I called Precision on Thursday night after one of the springs snapped, and Evan is a great representative for your business. Very fast scheduling. Chris was the technician. He diagnosed my issue and was able to resolve without having to resort to more expensive options. Overall I am very happy with the service. My only gripe is that he didn’t clean up after complete - just took the old materials away. Not a super big deal, but I have to ding them a star for this. Again, happy customer!
