Unfortunately I had a need for garage door repair after years of seeing you advertised on ABC 11. The experience was excellent from start to finish. I scheduled next-day service, which was incredibly convenient. The technician, John P. arrived right on time, was professional and friendly, and did an excellent job repairing my garage door. Everything is working perfectly now. I really appreciated the fast response and quality service. Highly recommend!

I called them this morning looking to the repair and/or replace my garage door panels due to dents. They had someone out to my house within an hour. The gentleman was professional and honest in informing me they did not carry my brand/type of garage door; however, he went a step above! He informed me of the measurements and type of the garage door panels needed. There was no hassling to get completely new garage door. I was able to locate the garage panels somewhere else, but if you’re looking for an honest, no haggling company, this is it. If I am ever in need of a garage door, they will be at the top of my list!

Richard McCann did an excellent job of inspecting the original door. analyzing my problems and recommending solutions along the with cost of each. His repair work was completed quickly and correctly (to the best of my limited knowledge). Only time will tell but I'm initially quite happy with his work.

First time I used Precision and I would not hesitate to use them again. I called on a Saturday not expecting someone to answer but was pleasantly surprised they did and further, they could have someone come on Sunday. The technician came on time and was able to diagnose and repair the problem right then. I was very happy with the whole experience.

Excellent customer and technical service. Appointment was quickly scheduled and the technician, Scott Johnson arrived promptly after notifying me that he was on his way. He did an inspection and explained a problem he found involving the belt drive. Upon receiving the go ahead, he replaced the worn belt in about 30 minutes. Overall, an excellent experience.

Great service all around! I have been using Precision Garage Door since 2012 and have always been impressed by their technicians professionalism and knowledge. Today I had to replace my old opener with a new one. No pressure or up sell, Ricky was up front and told me if I wanted to just see if he could just make some adjustments on the old (20 year) unit I was free to do so. I decided best to go with a new unit today and not be concerned about how much longer the opener would last. 5 stars for today's outstanding installation and service.

I had a great experience with Precision Garage Door Service. I called them early in the morning after discovering my garage door spring had broken right as I was heading out for work—definitely not ideal timing. He took the time to clearly explain what was wrong and walked me through the repair process in a way that made me feel comfortable and confident. At no point did I feel pressured or taken advantage of, which can sometimes be a concern with unexpected repairs. Overall, the service was fast, honest, and high-quality. Precision Garage Door was professional, efficient, and courteous in all aspects, from scheduling to service. The garage door technician, Aaron, did a masterful job, replacing the damaged spring, brackets, and rollers of my worn out garage door. From inspection, to quote, to finished product, it took less than two hours. Best of all, I no longer have to worry about a garage door not opening and closing; now it works like a charm.

I returned from a trip and when I opened my garage door it came off several of the rollers. At approximately 2:00 PM, I googled garage door repair and found your web site which included your many 5-star reviews. Richard McCann showed up at my house at 6:00 PM. He was phenomenal. The service call today was to perform routine maintenance and to make a minor adjustment to the closing position. I called to schedule an appointment and was told that a technician was available today! The technician sent a text message that he was enroute. I had requested the tuneup service that included replacing the door rollers but upon examination of the door and rollers the technician advised there was no need to replace the existing, high quality, rollers. The technician completed lubricating, an inspection, and adjusting the closing position. The service call was completed in less than an hour. All contacts with Precision personnel were pleasant and responsive.
