Great fast service but pricing was high. We got 2 springs replaced for over $900 it might have been cheaper to get an entire new garage door opener.

Quick response to my request for repair, Tim took less than an hour to be on-site. Once on site he assessed the problem and provided four solutions. Selection made he stated a repair time of an hour. Time of repair was around 45 minutes. All items needed for the repair were on the truck. Total time from arrival to departure was 1.25 hours. Very satisfied.

Wow, called for a repair quote on Monday, John was there that afternoon. Got a call on Tuesday for install on Wednesday. Jonathan did an excellent job. 2 new garage doors and 1 new door opener installed. Wow. Can't say enough good about my entire experience. Thank you, highly recommend.

Precision was great. I called today for service and they had an opening today! Brandon came out was extremely helpful and fixed our issue promptly. His service was fantastic. Will definitely call precision and ask for Brandon when more service is needed. They were also extremely affordable and let you know costs prior to doing anything. I recently purchased a home, and realized the garage door was not opening. I reached out to Precision Door, and was offered a same day appt, (which I was not able to take), they were able schedule me out a few days which fit my schedule, and the tech Andy was phenomenal. He was knowledgeable, immediately knew why the issue was, had the parts readily available on his truck for repair, and was able to explain everything to me, so that I understood what needed to happen and why it should not remain in that condition.

Our garage door motor burned up yesterday. I called Precision and they sent Andy Maynard this morning. He presented us with 3 options and we chose the middle option. Andy didn’t try to upsell us and he did a phenomenal job installing the new motor and gave us a great tutorial. I would highly recommend Andy and Precision Garage Door. I read most of your reviews! There were so many great comments! Richard, my technician explain the cheapest way I could correct my problem, for a short period of time. He then explained what I could do for a long term solution and the cost of each! He used a coupon and gave me a discount, senior citizen. The work was completed in about one hour to my satisfaction! He was very professional and a pleasure to deal with!
