Predatory service technician, Devon, took advantage of my family while I was away. He charged my wife over $2000 for 2h of labor, new springs, rollers, cables, rollers, and (unnecessary) torsion rod for a two car garage door repair. How? By charging a "torsion rebuild package" with a flat price of $1999 on top of the service call charge. Well over 2x what any scrupulous company would have charged for the parts and labor. This company is waiting to take advantage of you.

I was really happy with the whole process with Precision. I was able to get an appointment the day after I called, Thomas showed up on time and evaluated my doors while explaining everything he was examining and why. After his diagnosis, he walked me through different options without any pressure, answered all my questions, and had both up and running in under an hour. They sound like new! I would definitely use Precision again.

Initial issue was a broken spring for an older wooden door. D. Culver was the original technician who came and was fully prepared to change the spring. As we talked it made more sense to look at replacement versus new springs on a 30-year old door. There was zero pressure to replace the door, rather I came to that conclusion after evaluating options. Install day came earlier this week and I had J. Morales as the lead. Process could not have gone smoother and the entire changeout took maybe 2.5 hours. The new door looks great and had I realized it would be that simple of a process I would have probably replaced it years ago.

A predatory precision technician took advantage of my family while I was away. Charging my wife over $2k for new springs, bearings, cables, an unnecessary new rod, and 2 hours of labor. While I realize this review won't make the website, but perhaps someone with decency will care.
