I purchased and had 2 new insulated garage doors with new GDOs installed in February 2025. From start to finish I am very satisfied with my purchase and installation. Garrett was very helpful in getting my project started and Kayla kept me in the loop the entire process. I cannot say enough about the two technicians Jaxon and Conner that did all the installation. They arrived on time and got right to work. The job they did was absolutely outstanding. They were very conscientious and had a trait I liked "attention-to-detail". These 2 guys know what they are doing!!! They were very courteous and professional and Precision Garage Door Service of Raleigh are very lucky to have technicians like Jaxon and Conner to represent the Company.

Called Precision Garage Door service based on good things I heard about them. We had an emergency with our garage door where it couldn't open or close due to broken springs. We called and they had someone out within 90 minutes even though we had not used them before. The technician was extremely professional and explained everything he was doing and why. The repair took about 2 hours just as the technician had predicted. Given that we were not regular customers and we were calling for emergency service, we're extremely satisfied with the repairs. Door works great now. When it's time to replace the garage door, Precision Garage door service will be at the top of our list.
