When I called to set up an appointment I was pleasantly surprised to learn that you could have service on Saturday or Sunday at the same rate as a weekday. The young man who came to day was very professional and listened to what I needed to have done. He was efficient, and gave me all the information I needed. Excellent experience.

Scheduling with Precision was fast and easy through their website. I did not get any acknowledgement or confirmation of the appointment so the day of the appointment I had to call to confirm myself. Not a big deal, did it for my own peace of mind. Chris showed up on time and ready to get to it. I showed him my concerns thinking I had a broken spring on my Wayne Dalton assembly since my door was jerking hard. He took the time to explain to me that it is not the springs, however since there was no adjustment it was time to replace the system with a traditional spring and pulley system. He said he needed to finish his inspection and work up options. After a few minutes he came back to me with two options. One was to replace the springs, rod and hardware as we discussed and the second included rollers that he said needed to be replaced. This is when I realized Precision works on an upsell sales methodology. I had just replaced those rollers in the summer and there was nothing wrong with them at all. The cost to replace was going to be 5 times more than it cost me to replace them before. I opted for the spring work which Chris finished quickly and accurately. The door now functions as it should. I can recommend Precision for their quality of work, but their pricing and sales method is way out of line of industry standards. After doing some research I really feel I did overpay for the work performed, but if I wanted to get a second opinion I would have had to pay Precision a $95 service call just to come out. I cannot recommend Precision to anyone who is not knowledgeable about garage door operation or the market pricing of various repairs.

I am very pleased with the telephone conversation I had with Milton, before determining that a service visit was needed. Greg Gray identified the problem with my door sensors that had given an error code indicating sensor obstruction. That was due to a sensor misalignment issue, which was corrected and sensors secured. In his 25 point inspection, Greg found that the spring needed tightening and the moving elements needed lubrication. The job was quickly performed & completed. I'm very pleased with the Precision Door Service

Extremely pleased with the service, Garret was a very polite young man who obviously new his way around garage doors. You came highly recommended by my son and my best friend and lived up to expectations. My only negative comment is your pricing. Charging $389.00 for a single spring replacement is reasonable, charging the same price for the second spring is absurd. It's not like he made 2 trips, he brought them both in at the same time, and he had to loosen, and retighten the same hardware whether he was doing one or both. Also you advertise same day service but I had to wait from Friday until Tuesday for servicing.
