We had a great experience with Precision Garage Doors. Our garage door broke in a way that can only be described as total catastrophic failure. I was able to schedule an appointment quickly and easily online for the next morning. Our technician, Aaron Sweet, was amazing. He knew his stuff and walked me through the repair. The price was reasonable for all the parts and labor. The garage door runs perfectly now and it's even quieter than it was before. It was a great experience!

Richard was very knowledgeable about our type of garage doors. He explained our issue with one of the springs and offered suggestions and some other things to watch out for with our older doors. He was pleasant and quick to make the necessary repairs. We have used Precision sine we moved to Chapel Hill 15 years ago. We highly recommend them for their service.

I had the pleasure of scheduling a same day appointment with Precision Garage Door Service today and was able to get an afternoon appointment. The service tech, Aaron Sweet, was the absolute BEST person I’ve met in a very long time. He was available earlier than I’d scheduled. Aaron was so pleasant and professional and I really learned a lot about my garage door. He resolved my issue and made recommendations to help prolong my existing door motor until I’m ready to do a full replacement. I was pressured to do anything and he made me feel very comfortable with the advice he shared. My garage door sounds so much better and I’m so thankful to Aaron for all his knowledge and customer service! I will definitely reach out to Precision Garage Doors for all my future needs! My research included a Better Business Bureau search of this company where they have an impressive A+ rating. My expectations were exceeded from the start of my online chat about scheduling an appointment for garage door maintenance. I received an immediate response confirming they could assist with my maintenance request and was offered availability within two days. On the day of appointment the technician, Aaron Sweet, called to advise of his anticipated 45 minute arrival. I also received an email with Aaron's photo advising that he was on his way. I really appreciated that personal safety feature. Aaron was friendly and professional.He explained what the service appointment would entail. He said the garage door, springs and opener were in good condition and recommended two year inspections. He showed me that the rollers were worn. I asked for, and he gave me the replacement cost. He went a step further and also provided a total cost invoice prior to starting the work so that I would be completely informed. The inspection and work took less than 30 minutes. I confidently and highly recommend Precision Garage Door. - Robin Davis
