I could not believe that I got someone out SAME DAY and they were competent and friendly and fixed the issue on the SAME day! I called another place first and was told 4 days after digging thru their phone tree for over 5 minutes. Andy and another man showed up in no time and did a great job. Kudos to your staff and for the efficiency all around!

Evan did a great job fixing our door. I called on a Saturday at 2PM and he was here at 4PM. He was even able to get us some warranty repair transfered from the previous owner. He we professional and courteous.

Any time we have had problems, Precision Door has been our go-to garage door repair folks and we've had excellent service every time. Greg came out today after we noticed an issue from our last service a couple of months ago (which was covered under the 90 day warranty). He was able to quickly identify the issue and fix it. So 5 stars for the service itself. The only complaint I have about the company is that someone else bought the company and now they have a flat 7% charge fee which incorporates their travel, credit card fee, etc... Previously, if you didn't pay with a credit or debit card, you didn't have to pay a fee for that (can't remember if it was 2.5% or what). Now they have rolled that charge into the fee so even if you don't use credit or debit card, you essentially are still paying that fee. I feel like it's all about putting extra money in the company's pocket and making the customer pay more. This is probably the trend overall across businesses with inflation these days though so I'm not mad about it...I just don't like it. So 3 stars for the new company policies/charges.
